PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Mishimoto has developed a performance air intake engineered specifically for the 1999-2005 BMW E46 323i/325i/328i. This intake is safe to use with the stock tune as it will not hurt air/fuel ratios under load. This intake has a unique and aggressive tone under load, and the free-flowing design amplifies engine induction sounds. Check out the video to hear the tone.The stock intake duct is utilized to provide cool airflow to the high-flow Mishimoto oiled air filter, which features increased filtration surface area compared to the stock paper filter. This filter can be cleaned and reused, providing a lifetime of service. The intake includes a steel heat shield with pre-assembled rubber trim to keep hot engine air out and help draw cold outside air into the filter. This unit is a complete bolt-on upgrade that functions perfectly with the stock tune and can be installed in one hour using common hand tools. This performance air intake kit is also fully functional with our silicone intake hoses. This kit includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, ensuring superior product quality and craftsmanship.

Note:*Does not fit SULEV vehicles with the M56 engine. These vehicles can be identified by the oil fill cap position. M56 engines will have the oil fill cap on the left of the BMW logo, while M54 engines with have it in the right side.
Power gains may vary depending on any other engine modifications done to the vehicle, atmospheric conditions, ambient temperature, and the mileage of the vehicle. You may or may not witness the maximum published gains from this air intake.
Filter re-oil is not included with the lifetime warranty.

This Warranty Policy is non-transferable and all claims under this Warranty Policy must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. We examine all orders prior to dispatching to customers. All products are tested on specific vehicles in our workshop before available for sale.
We strongly advise you to check all contents when the package is delivered to make sure no damage has occurred during transportation and report any problems to us within 7 days. This will allow us to raise a claim with the shipping company as they have a time limit for reporting any shipping damages. Failing to inform us about this might result in your claims being declined.
In rare cases, if you find that a product has been damaged in transit or a fitment issue, please contact us by email info@vogueautomotive.com and we will resolve your query in quickest manner possible. When contacting us please provide as much information as possible and including any supporting photos if available.
RETURNS
- Buyers will be responsible for return postage.
- We recommend using a traceable service with insurance for returning any unwanted goods back to us.
- We cannot exchange or refund any goods returned in damaged condition.
- We will not accept any returned products which were modified/altered in any way by the customer.
- If possible please retain and reuse all original packaging.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty on exterior products covers fitment issues only.
