How do I place an order?
Firstly find the product you would like to purchase using the Search box or browsing through our categories. Then on the product page, click “Add to cart”. Now, your cart icon at the top right will show your items that you added.
Either hover on your cart at the top right corner and press “Checkout” or continue browsing to add more items to your cart. When you’re finished adding items to your cart, click on the cart icon or “CART” option in the top right corner to see the summary of your items.
Now proceed to checkout by entering your personal details and payment information. Once completed, you will be issued with an order number and an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can, just be quick! All orders placed are dispatched the next working day and once your order has reached a certain point within the dispatch process, we are unable to make any changes to it. Even if you ask us in time, we may not be able to change the order. We can only make changes that do not increase the value of your order.
Can I cancel my order?

We provide free shipping to all EU customers.
International customers and customers outside of EU, please contact us before placing an order. We will calculate the shipping fee to your destination country.
How long does shipping take?
Take note, that we dispatch orders the next working day.
For EU customers, the average lead delivery time is 3-5 working days to receive the parcel.

Can I track my order?

Do you provide a fitting service?
Yes, we do provide and strongly recommend the fitting service for our products. Our professionals will make sure, that your purchased parts will fit perfectly on your car.
Do you provide fitting kits with products?
We do provide adhesive (3M) tape with all our spoilers. Bolts are provided with other items, if it is mentioned in the product description.
I have received an item and tried fitting it myself, but it doesn’t fit. What should I do?
If you have any problems fitting our purchased item, please contact us and we will find the best solution to solve this situation. To avoid such a happening, we strongly recommend using our fitment service, where our professionals will fit parts perfectly.
How do I know if this part will fit my car?
When browsing our website, firstly, you should select the series of your BMW. Next, for a more concrete result, select the body style number of your BMW. Finally, you will get to a page where you can access all the parts available for your BMW. If you’re having doubt or trouble figuring out if some part will or will not fit the car, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long can I keep my order before returning it?
We ask you to return your items to us packed well in an unused condition within 14 days of order’s arrival.
