1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Failure to do so may result in rejection of your return.
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.

You must complete and include our Returns Form in the return package. You can download it here.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is confirmed as faulty, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Original delivery fees and any additional services (e.g. painting, ceramic coating) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable & Special Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made, built-to-order, or pre-order products

Products that have been installed or used

Items with cosmetic wear due to use or handling

Gift cards and personalized items

Additional services (e.g. painting, ceramic coating, warranty add-ons)
If you return an item that falls into these categories, your refund may be rejected.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:

Our Quality Assurance team will inspect it within 1–3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take another 1–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is:

Damaged during transit – take clear photos and contact us immediately. If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the shipment.

Incorrect or faulty – contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting evidence (photos/video), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
7. Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:

Return the original item following the standard return procedure.

Once approved, you may place a new order.

All shipping fees (both return and resend) must be covered by the customer.
Alternatively, contact our team and we may assist with coordinating the exchange process.
8. Built-to-Order / Pre-Order Products
Please note: Custom and pre-order items marked as “Built-to-Order” or “Pre-Order” are exempt from standard return rights.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is proven defective under warranty.
9. Warranty Claims
If your item is defective and you believe it qualifies under our warranty, do not return it immediately. Instead:

10. Submitting a Return

Package the item securely in its original condition.
