Crafted from mandrel-bent SS304 stainless steel, this precision-engineered downpipe features CNC-machined billet stainless steel flanges, ensuring exceptional durability, perfect fitment, and long-lasting reliability. By improving exhaust flow, the N55 Racing Downpipe delivers enhanced throttle response, smoother power delivery, and noticeable performance gains, making it a must-have for enthusiasts looking to unlock the full potential of their N55 engine.
VRSF downpipes are hand crafted from mandrel bent SS304 grade stainless steel and our CNC precision machined flanges are also constructed from billet 304 grade stainless steel. All VRSF products include a lifetime warranty as well as our “No Hassle” satisfaction guarantee (including fitment). All M135i & 335i models produced up to 07/13 require the 3.5″ version of this downpipe. M135 and 335i models produced after 07/13 require the 4″ model of this downpipe. All M235 and 435i models require the 4″ version of this downpipe. Please confirm by looking at your Turbo Wastegate. It is located on the lower passenger side of the engine next to the Turbo. See picture below for reference.
For additional heat management, we offer Cerakote High-Temperature Ceramic Coating, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1800°F. This advanced thermal barrier coating helps retain heat within the exhaust system, reducing engine bay temperatures, lowering intake air temperatures, and improving engine and transmission oil cooling.

We examine all orders prior to dispatching to customers. All products are tested on specific vehicles in our workshop before available for sale.
We strongly advise you to check all contents when the package is delivered to make sure no damage has occurred during transportation and report any problems to us within 7 days. This will allow us to raise a claim with the shipping company as they have a time limit for reporting any shipping damages. Failing to inform us about this might result in your claims being declined.
In rare cases, if you find that a product has been damaged in transit or a fitment issue, please contact us by email [email protected] and we will resolve your query in quickest manner possible. When contacting us please provide as much information as possible and including any supporting photos if available.
RETURNS
- Buyers will be responsible for return postage.
- We recommend using a traceable service with insurance for returning any unwanted goods back to us.
