The Dorch Engineering N55 DS15 HPFP Upgrade is a high-performance fuelling solution designed to deliver increased fuel flow and enhanced reliability for BMW N55 engines. As the next evolution of the widely successful Dorch Stage 1 HPFP (DS1), the N55 DS15 HPFP Upgrade has been completely re-engineered to support higher power levels, ethanol blends, and upgraded turbo setups, while retaining OEM-like fitment and seamless DME control.

With a redesigned pressure chamber, optimized spring rates, deeper plunger depth, and improved volumetric efficiency, the N55 DS15 HPFP Upgrade provides greater fuelling capacity across the powerband. The updated external design also improves hose routing, simplifying installation and ensuring clean integration into the factory fuel system.

The N55 DS15 HPFP Upgrade is capable of running up to 250 bar, giving it the ability to fully support upgraded direct injection (DI) injectors and maximize fuelling capacity at higher horsepower levels. Whether you’re running full E85, larger turbos, or simply want future-proof fuelling headroom, this pump offers the reliability and performance N55 owners need.

Designed as a direct plug-and-play solution for BMW N55-powered F2X M135i, M235i, F3X 335i, 435i, and F87 M2, the Dorch Engineering N55 DS15 HPFP Upgrade ensures your fuel system keeps up with your performance goals, making it the ideal upgrade for both street and track builds.

This is a complete plug-and-play kit to support up to 550whp on E10 fuel (this number can vary quite a bit depending on tuning strategy and the blend of ethanol). There’s no cutting, no bending, no crimping, etc. This kit drops right in with full control from the DME, just like the OEM pump. All of the safety and sophistication of the stock DME remain in place. Software changes are required to run this pump. If using MHD or Bootmod3, simply check the box for our pump upgrade when flashing.. Otherwise, please send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for the appropriate software changes via WinOLS.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

We examine all orders prior to dispatching to customers. All products are tested on specific vehicles in our workshop before available for sale.

We strongly advise you to check all contents when the package is delivered to make sure no damage has occurred during transportation and report any problems to us within 7 days. This will allow us to raise a claim with the shipping company as they have a time limit for reporting any shipping damages. Failing to inform us about this might result in your claims being declined.

In rare cases, if you find that a product has been damaged in transit or a fitment issue, please contact us by email info@vogueautomotive.com and we will resolve your query in quickest manner possible. When contacting us please provide as much information as possible and including any supporting photos if available.

RETURNS

Buyers will be responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a traceable service with insurance for returning any unwanted goods back to us.
We cannot exchange or refund any goods returned in damaged condition.
We will not accept any returned products which were modified/altered in any way by the customer.
If possible please retain and reuse all original packaging.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty on exterior products covers fitment issues only.

We do not cover return shipping charges unless a product is faulty.
Damage caused to a product during installation or from use of parts not supplied by us.
Damage and changes in appearances caused by external forces and elements.
